your guide:

embodiment practice has been one of the most powerful healing tools for me.

bringing intentional awareness into each area of my body hasn’t always been easy, but having guidance & community for practice support has been crucial.

I always want more embodiment & grounding practice time in community!

the pelvic bowl carries so much! (physically, emotionally, & energetically).

so especially with this area of our bodies, it’s helpful to have a supportive container for somatic exploration.

sometimes it’s nice to connect to this area of our bodies in a more neutral way: without naming any sexual / reproductive anatomy, which is such a personal preference & potentially carries more emotional charge for some people.

so I’m happy to be inviting a more inclusive space, to be in circle welcoming all bodies.

I’m excited to co-create this new moon grounding practice space with anyone who’s been craving more grounding & holistic pelvic embodiment practice in community!
